The Life-Taker: A Day In The Life

I did this one mostly in Blender, with some Photoshop post work after render.

As usual, I had trouble wrangling the fire and particle effects in Blender. I usually have to bludgeon them into submission to get them to work, but I finally got it.

Anyway, this is a shot of my character Kurzhon the Life-Taker, from my upcoming novel 'The Life-Taker'. Essentially he is an ill-tempered, highly skilled warrior who has zero mercy within him.
